Road 14 and Laverre City | Walkthrough Pokemon X/Y Guide

By now You already know to fight the trainers and pursue Pokemon. Do so. Heat north, then west, once again north. After a cutscene in the "haunted house" keep on pushing forward to Laverre, for the next gym, and yet another badge. The gym in Laverre is located in a small house in the centre of the town, cover by a tree with a lot of mushrooms. The gym is based on yet another puzzle. Once, again, You can skip battles, but I strongly recommend to train, as the upcoming Gym Leader might be the toughest You ever face in Pokemon X & Y. The directions and the order of the necessary teleports (going by the location of the teleport): upper left, lower left, lower left, lower right, upper left. Now You're in the leader's room. The Fairy type is a new type in the X & Y games. While not having any natural enemies, it is weaker to Poison and Steel types (those however, are not that popular) and does half the damage to Fire types. I personally took the leader down by a strong fire starter and some Potions. You can also go back to Road 14 and catch a Ekans or a Skorupi. Both have the Poison Type, and after a while with the trainers, or other wild Pokemon, may make the battle easier. After the battle, go to the upper left teleporter and exit. Head north to the Pokeball Factory.
