Enemy soldiers are currently occupying the upper floor, however you won't be able to see them from here. I would recommend that you take a risk and use the stairs right away. Start running towards the upper level. Once you're there, hide behind some of the nearby crates (screen). Sadly, you won't be able to stay here forever, because you would have to dodge a lot of grenades and direct assaults.

We'll try playing more aggressively here. Start off by eliminating everyone who's heading your way. You won't have to preserve your ammunition, because you will be able to rearm yourself very soon. Don't allow enemy soldiers to throw too many grenades. You will also have to watch out for your teammates, so you won't accidentially kill them.

The control room is going to be located to your left. You can't enter it right away, however you should consider throwing a couple of grenades inside. This won't result in killing all of your opponents, but you'll at least have some time to plan your next moves. Start moving forward, because that's the only way to reach your goal area.

You will have to make sure that no one has survived your attacks. Otherwise you would have to lean out a few more times while standing near the entrance. Go ahead and enter this new room. You will have to destroy a control panel (screen) by shooting at it. Don't worry about the electricity, because you'll perfectly safe here.

I've also promised that I will you show you an alternative route to the control room. As a result, you will have to reach an extremely difficult landing area. You will have to find yourself looking at the south-western part of the flak tower. There's a very small window here and that's your objective. You will have to fit inside in order to reach a new route. It's very difficult, especially if you haven't practiced precise landings before. Additionally, you are going to be spotted by two enemy snipers (at the same time) and you're going to be helpless against their attacks.

If you manage to land inside the flak tower, you will find yourself far away from all danger zones. You won't encounter any soldiers here, so you won't have to be extremely careful. Once you've reached a junction, choose one of the available corridors. They both lead to the same place, so it doesn't really matter which one it's going to be. You will reach one of the upper balconies. You could and try to kill a few soldiers from here, however I would recommend that you don't attract too much attention.

Enter a new room. Once again, you don't have to worry about any guards. You will find A LOT of crates here, containing ammunition and medical supplies. You will also be able to pick up some new weapons, including Recoiless Fire and the M18. If you want to stick with your original choice of guns, proceed to a nearby ladder.

The ladder will allow you to get to the upper level. Once this is done, you will have to go to the second ladder. It leads directly to the control room, so you will have to plan your next moves very carefully. You shouldn't climb up right away. Instead, try throwing a couple of grenades inside. The choice is up to you. If you want to risk your life then make sure that you're carrying a machine gun. You shouldn't have any problems finding the control panel. You will only have to watch out for a guy with a rocket launcher. Now you've got two choices. You can either try and continue with the second part of the mission or prepare for a new jump.
