- You can only have an affair with Diana if you'll find her in dock D24during one of your initial visits on the Citadel. In the course of the conversation you'll officially invite her to Normandy so that she can broadcast more coverage from the deck of the spaceship. - You can establish a homosexual relationship with Diana.
- Make sure that when you talk to Diana, don't get rid of her from Normandy by accident because it is impossible to re-invite her. Diana stays on Shepard's spaceship throughout the entire game, so you don't have to look for her on the Citadel.
How to establish and develop a romance
Of course, it is worthwhile to officially welcome Diana aboard the Normandy, even despite the fact that this is a rather short and not very fruitful conversation.
Return to the reporter only after completing the main mission on Tuchanka, proceeding to an interview about the events that occurred on the planet Krogan. Remember not to interrupt any interview prematurely and if possible, try to use the special dialog options.
The opportunity to participate in the next interview will appear after repelling an attack of Cerberus forces on the Citadel. In accordance with the received text message (Citadel interview-your cabin?) head to the captain's cabin and use the personal terminal to invite Diana for an interview. Be careful and focus just after the main part of the interview, cause you will have to properly answer to Diana's verbal provocation (screenshot above).
Finale of romance with Diana
You can take part in the last interview with Diana after the end of the main mission on Rannoch.
As before, you must read the sent message (Let's talk about the quarian war) and use the terminal in the captain's cabin to invite a reporter over your place. After taking part in the interview ask Diana to stay for the night and promise full discretion.
