In Harry Potter: Wizards Unite combat and battles take place in Fortresses. These are huge buildings in the world, in which you can perform magical challenges. What does combat in the fortresses look like?
Fortress combat consists of several phases. The available time does not change between the phases and your health points do not regenerate.
All phases must be completed in five minutes. Once the time has passed, the game will consider this fight a failure even if you have had more health points than your opponent.
You can use potions in combat. This way you can regenerate your health and continue the battle.

Combat
The fight is divided into three phases: aiming with your wand, attacking and defending against enemy attack.
Your first task is to aim. You need to align the circle with the circle on the enemy body. Remember that some enemies are very agile and it's hard to keep a point in the right place. Focus and don't let the circle out of your sight so that it has no way to escape.
If you succeed in targeting, you can attack the enemy. The character will do this automatically. You just need to swipe your finger across the screen to draw a pattern.
The last phase is defense. It consists in moving your finger in the right direction. Remember, however, that even if you perform a spell pretty well, it will not completely compensate for the damage dealt by enemies.
