Act 2 / Mission 4 - The long walk | Act 2 Ghost Recon AW2 Guide

Main mission objectives:

1) Reach the extraction zone

A) A small road

Obviously this is going to be the only road leading to your final destination. You will also witness a very interesting cut-scene. As a result, you will have to modify your plans from the briefing area and you won't be able to reach your goal area by choosing a shortest possible route. Instead, you will have to explore most of the map, including some of the very tricky eastern regions.

This is going to be a very unique mission, because you won't take command of the entire team. Instead, you will be issuing orders to only one squad member. You will also be given full control over a group of allied soldiers, however they won't be too useful and they would probably die very soon. Also, you would have to command them as one person, so you wouldn't be able to give them precise orders. As a result, it's best to focus all of your attention on your Ghost team member. I wouldn't recommend making any unnecessary exchanges here. Rifleman unit will do the trick. Just make sure that both your main character, as well as your team member are carrying ZEUS rocket launchers. You're going to need these weapons later during the game.
