1) Secure the Entrance

Obviously this mission is going to begin with a short cut-scene (#1). You are going to be deployed to the south of the dam area. This road is going to be patrolled by at least one rebel soldier, however you won't encounter him right away. Your first objective will be to secure the entrance (#2). As a result, you will have to go north-west. The rest of the team may be following you, however make sure that there's a distance separating you from each other. Take good care of the sniper, because you're going to use his abilities very soon.

Start moving forward. Make sure that the sniper is following your lead. The first rebel soldier should appear on your left (#1). He'll be standing near the cliff area (#2). Be careful, because he is constantly moving. You could also ask your sniper for help, however this won't be necessary.

Keep moving towards the northern buildings. This time you will have to deal with at least two enemy units. Enemy soldiers will be standing near a pick-up truck (#1). You could try and take them out from a larger distance, however it would be wise to surprise them from the right flank (#2). If you'll move close to the rocks, you should be able to get closer to them without being spotted.

Killing the soldiers from a smaller distance should be much easier (#1), however you will have to be very careful in order to avoid sustaining any injuries. Your sniper may accompany you during these fights, however make sure that he's not standing in the open. Head on to the truck. Order your sniper to go left (#2), so he'll be able to cover this entire area.

You should be able to reach the pick-up truck area very soon (#1). As soon as you get there, order the rest of the team to move to this area. Your sniper should be standing near the pick-up truck. Turn right and head on to a small hill (#2). You will have to go in alone.

I would recommend that you order your sniper to move left. Check the first screen (#1), because that's where he should be standing. He will also be quite safe there and he will kill all enemy soldiers. It's very important, because some of them will actually try getting closer to your position. Head on to the top of this small hill. Once you're there (#2), reload your weapon and get ready.

The first enemy soldier should be standing to your right (#1). Be careful, though. More enemy units may appear in that area. Now you will have to kill an enemy sniper. He will be standing inside a large building which should be located in front of you (#2).

Like I've already said, some of the enemy soldiers will decide to leave the base (#1). Thankfully, your sniper should take care of that problem. Once you've secured this area, you may allow him to move forward. I would recommend that you order your sniper to hide behind some of the nearby rocks (#2). He should be quite safe there.

Now you should consider moving to your left. This will allow you to take out a few additional rebel soldiers (#1). Also, make sure that you're using your tactical map to find them. You will have to secure the entire entrance to the power plant. Once this is done, you must wait for the commanding officer to give you new instructions on how to proceed with the next part of the mission.
