The cars rush side by side on a road with no turns or branches, and you have no control over the steering wheel. Instead, you have to choose the right moments to shift gears or activate boosters to make your car go as fast as possible. Thanks to the licenses bought from companies such as Jeep, Ford, Mercedes, Dodge, or Chevrolet, all vehicles are truthful virtual versions of their real life counterparts. The game also offers the ability to customize the visuals, as well as performance of the chosen vehicle. Asphalt Xtreme contains several different single player modes and a multiplayer component for up to 8 players.
