Retro City Rampage is a humorous action game created by Vblank Entertainment studio. The title is a parody of such series as Grand Theft Auto. Players move on until 1980 and take on the role of a mentally unbalanced criminal from Theftropolis. The game is stylized on production from the era of 8-bit computers and contains many references to mass culture.

Great emphasis was placed on network functions, allowing for cooperation or competition with other players.
