DiscStorm

An arcade production developed by XMPT Games. Players take part in disc duels which require not only working out a proper tactic, but also skills and quick reactions. The backbone of DiscStorm is the multiplayer mode, in which players battle each other in special arenas – the key to success lies in hitting your opponents without being being hit yourself. Once you run out of lives, you drop out of the tournament.

A classic 2D point-and-click adventure game with extremely characteristic visuals inspired by such artists as H.R. Giger and Zdzislaw Beksinski. This is a debut project by the Polish three-man studio OhNoo. During the game, you assume the role of a nameless hero who travels through a surreal world on the border between dreams and nightmares. The protagonist knows neither his identity nor the reason why he's stuck there. His mission is to find out the truth about himself and the world around him.

A typical example of a metroidvania game. It was developed by an independent American studio Renegate Kid. The player assumes the role of a lone astronaut who is tasked with exploring the surface of four dangerous planets. Although the player can visit each planet from the beginning of the game (by using a spaceship), it is quickly revealed that, in order to reach hardly accessible places, they must first obtain various upgrades.

A 2D point-and-click adventure game inspired by such titles as Dragon’s Lair and the Pajama Sam series. The game was developed by OhNoo Studio (responsible for e.g. Tormentum: Dark Sorrow and Amelia and Terror of the Night) from Poland. You assume the role of a young girl named Tsioque. She is imprisoned in her family’s castle by the Evil Wizard, who cast a powerful spell on it, turning the whole castle into a deadly trap.

An unusual adventure game by Funkatronic Labs, combining elements of platformer and turn-based strategy productions. The plot of Nova-111 revolves around the effects of an experiment conducted by 111 ingenious scientists from an alternate world, where time flows in turns. The result of their actions is an anomaly that merged both worlds. As a pilot of the research vessel Nova, we have to find and rescue the scientists and to remove the anomaly to separate the dimensions.
Taiko no Tatsujin: Tokumori!

Our hero is dragged into the TV by the sinister Reza, who has captured the media world and wants to gain power over the world with his help. In order to break free from the trap, Gex has to travel through a variety of worlds inspired by different film genres.

A simple arcade game from the independent Polish studio Digital Melody. Player takes control of a helicopter and is involved in dangerous rescue missions, helping people who got stuck e.g. on mountain peaks, lighthouses and roofs of railway carriages. Each task must be performed without damaging the machine, avoiding collisions with one of many obstacles, which isn’t easy because of simple controls, preventing any precisions when flying.

An original hybrid of a logic and arcade game, developed by Upper Class Walrus. In Fort Meow, the player assumes the role of a red-haired girl that visits the residence of her mysterious family. In one of the rooms, the girl finds a journal kept by her grandfather, who used it to describe his adventures. After his death, grandma has begun to feed and shelter numerous cats – for some reason, the animals are persistent on not letting the girl read the journal.

A two-dimensional shoot ‘em up arcade game developed by the 17-bit studio. In GALAK-Z, we assume the role of a space fighter pilot who has to face enemies armed to the teeth and hostile environmental conditions. Although the general gameplay premise isn’t really different from the genre’s standards, the developers introduced several innovations. The first is the control model based on two analog sticks that we use to move and shoot, while special attacks are assigned to gamepad buttons.

The action of Red Game Without a Great Name takes place in a future in which outdated communication methods, such as traditional mail, are still in use. Considering the trouble ordinary messengers would have to go through to reach certain places, some parcels are delivered by dedicted mechanical birds.

The gameplay consists of exploring the cartoon world and solving various puzzles which require drawing and breathing life into different tools and weapons which can be used not only to solve puzzles, but also to combat dangerous enemies and to avoid obstacles.
