He soon becomes the leader of a rebellion aimed at overthrowing the regime of the evil emperor. The action of the game takes place in a fantasy world inspired by Japanese culture, especially the Ainu people.

Higurashi When They Cry is a Japanese adventure in the visual novel category. The production is kept in a horror atmosphere and tells the story of a small village of Hinamizawa, which in June 1983 became the scene of a series of brutal murders. The game boils down primarily to passive tracking of the plot presented in text form enriched with simple pictures.
