Namco x Capcom Description
Namco x Capcom is a game that is a meeting place for more than 200 characters from Street Fighter, Soul Calibur, Darkstalkers, Tekken and Ghosts 'N Goblins. Next to some famous duo of carats (Ken and Ryu) in virtual reality we can see, for example, Mitsurugli, who perfectly wields the samurai sword, Arthur's knight, Morrigan Aensland, the tempting vampire Morrigan, powerful King and agile and sexy Cammy.
The game begins in the 21st century in Japan, namely in the abandoned streets of Tokyo. We take control of two agents (Arisu Reiji and Xiaomu), who, as the plot develops, move to various fantastic worlds and meet many unusual characters - both friendly and hostile. Of course, the duo takes in new troublemakers for their team and together they collect experience points that allow each warrior to evolve in a systematic way.
The whole is a combination of a typical Far Eastern cRPG scheme (see the cult cycle of Final Fantasy) with strategic elements. The course of events is presented in an isometric projection with the use of an elegant spatial visual setting, referring in its appearance to Japanese comics and animated films. On the other hand, the fights shown in two dimensions resemble with their character the incredible clashes with Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and similar titles (complex combinations of blows, lots of spectacular special effects, etc.).
