Hyperide

A space arcade game from the endless runner genre, developed by Kool2Play. At first sight, Hyperide resembles classic space shooters that were once popular in the arcades. We control a small space ship that keeps flying upwards through levels filled with enemies and dangers. However, the gameplay strays from other similar games with one important feature: our ship doesn’t have any weapons mounted, meaning that our only choice is to avoid collisions with incoming objects.

The second installment in a series of endless runners developed under the auspices of SEGA, specifically for mobile devices. The game uses the license of the Sonic Boom TV series (Cartoon Network). Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom is played from the third-person view and the player assumes the roles of characters such as Sonic himself, Knuckles, Tails or Amy. The player's goal here is to cover as long a part of the route as possible.

Bound is the third project developed by Plastic - a Polish team popular for a dark adventure game Datura and an artistic logic game Linger in Shadows. Similar to these titles, Bound was created exclusively for PlayStation 4 and it was developed in cooperation with Sony Santa Monica (the God of War series).

A 2D action adventure game that combines Scandinavian mythology with modern pop culture elements. It was developed by Castle, a Russian-American studio. The protagonist is a red-bearded Viking called Sigurd, whose biggest dream is to enter Valhalla. The story of Die With Glory is non-linear to a large extent, which means the way the hero achieves his goal is largely dependent on the player’s decisions. Gameplay-wise, the title combines platforming elements with adventure and strategy.

In Snake Rewind you control a snake, who constantly moves forwards, and your task is to direct it at meals scattered all over the screen. By eating them, the snake gets longer, which increases your points, but also makes it harder to play, as the space to maneuver decreases. If you hit the wall or your own tail, you lose. Snake Rewind consists of ten levels, each of them featuring a different visual style.

The game's title is a blend of the protagonists names. Yooka, the first of them, is a chameleon who has an unusually long tongue, which can be used to grab onto various surfaces and cover large distances. The other one, Laylee, is a bat who can use sonic attacks.

Player takes control of a helicopter and is involved in dangerous rescue missions, helping people who got stuck e.g. on mountain peaks, lighthouses and roofs of railway carriages. Each task must be performed without damaging the machine, avoiding collisions with one of many obstacles, which isn’t easy because of simple controls, preventing any precisions when flying.

You can not only play as the main character, but also as his friends, including Tails the Fox and Knuckles. This time dog Jake and his companion Finn find a sketchbook of Doodle Wizard, which they use to create their own worlds and stories, meaning they can take part in the most incredible adventures they can imagine. At first the title looks like classic platform game, offering well-designed levels, a lot of collectibles and many enemies that try to hinder our progress.
