Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

It is set in post-apocalyptic wasteland of a world destroyed by a nuclear war, with players taking roles of survivors who try to survive in this unfriendly environment. During the game we must constantly check our levels of hunger, thirst, and radiation, with the latter being very relevant to the overall condition of our body.

The game’s protagonist is a woman named Scout, who, together with her dog, follows a long river in search of a rescue awaiting at the river’s far end. The game’s world is inspired by typical American landscapes, such as national parks, the Mississippi Delta, or Bayou.
DayZ

Production was originally known as WarZ, but as a result of the conflict with DayZ developers the title was changed to Infestation: Survivor Stories. The action of the game takes place 5 years after the outbreak of the plague, which turned most of the inhabitants of Earth into bloodthirsty zombies.
Garshasp: Temple of the Dragon

Garshasp: Temple of the Dragon is a stand-alone addition to Garshasp: The Monster Slayer action game released in 2011. Players get to know the earlier adventures of the title hero, who, regardless of the dangers, becomes a fight against mythological beasts. The title was produced by independent studio Dead Mage.
Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition offers, first and foremost, enhanced graphics, while the gameplay core remained unchanged. The action takes place in a distant future, and the player assumes the role of a former special forces operative of the charismatic general Sarrano, now wanted as the public enemy number one.
Tomb Raider: Chronicles

Together they set off in search of the legendary Holy Grail, uncovering deeply hidden Templar secrets.
World War Zero: Iron Storm

Halo 2

The sixth installment in the popular series featuring the tenacious archaeologist Lara Croft. In Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness the protagonist is falsely accused of killing her former mentor, who is also the main antagonist – Werner Von Croy. During the game Lara is forced to go into hiding. She tries to clear her name through conversations with other characters and associating facts. This fact changes gameplay dramatically and pushes it more towards a classic adventure game.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter

A direct sequel to the 2010 reboot of Medal of Honor – a bestselling FPS series originally launched back in 1999 by the EA company. The game was once again developed by Danger Close (previously known as EA Los Angeles). The story campaign is based on actual events, focusing on a dangerous substance - PETN - used by terrorists. Playing as the characters known from the prequel, you take part in a series secret counter-terrorist operations in Somalia, Yemen, Bosnia, and Philippines.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game

In the game we will meet film characters who once again have to save New York from a terrible ghostly plague. We take on the role of a new, young ghost hunter and set off on a hunt. The graphics are at a good level, and the voice of famous characters has been lent by actors known from film productions.
Clash of the Titans

Clash of the Titans is an action game developed by the Japanese Game Republic studio and released by Namco Bandai. The plot of the production is directly related to the film of the same title, which debuted on the big screen in spring 2010.
