Garshasp: Temple of the Dragon

Garshasp: Temple of the Dragon is the first official extension to the popular action game Garshasp: The Monster Slayer. This stand-alone add-on was created by independent Dead Mage studio, which had prepared a conversion of the Iranian hit adapted to audiences from the American and European markets.

The expansion takes place before the events presented in Garshasp: The Monster Slayer. Players get to know the earlier adventures of the title hero, who travels faraway lands following in the footsteps of a hidden dragon temple. On his way there are deadly traps and hordes of enemies from the Middle East myths.

The add-on offers mainly new campaign, locations and opponents. The creators, on the other hand, stayed with the proven mechanics of the game, combining elements of the action game such as hack'n'slash and adventure. Just like in the basic game, the basis of the game are spectacular fights with the use of white weapons and the possibility of leading out more or less complex sequences of blows.

Garshasp audiovisual luminaire: Temple of the Dragon does not differ in quality from the level set by the original. Developers reused the Unreal Engine, which provides relatively detailed 3D graphics and natural-looking motion animations of characters. Minor improvements have been made only in the way the camera works.
