The plot of Nova-111 revolves around the effects of an experiment conducted by 111 ingenious scientists from an alternate world, where time flows in turns. As a pilot of the research vessel Nova, we have to find and rescue the scientists and to remove the anomaly to separate the dimensions.

The only hope to defeat them lies in the electrical machines created by a genius scientist, who's also the protagonist.
