On this page of the guide to Football Manager 2022 you'll learn how to perform a quick simulation to speed up the season or go on holidays.
Football Manager 2022 is a very complex game in which the Player is flooded with more and more duties to handle every in-game day. You can fortunately speed up the season if you want to immediately fast-forward to a specific important match or simply finish the given season.
If you want to start a Quick sim in FM 2022 you must click the clock in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Go On Holiday.
You'll see an extra menu which allows you to choose not only for how long you want to relinquish control of your team but also to define how the club is supposed to function while you're absent.
- You can choose to automatically accept or deny offers;
- Determine the tactics during matches and the starting squad;
- Only sell players currently on the transfer list;
- Apply for another position.
Before going on holidays remember to assign duties to your employees in the Personnel tab. This will let your club develop further.
If you only want to skip one or two matches remember to set up correct tactics as well as choose two specific options: Use current team selection when possible and Use current match tactics.
