Using medicines and consuming food available in Fear the Wolves has a positive impact on your character, increasing the stats or restoring lost health. When it comes to consumables, such as Vodka, you have to take into consideration both positive and negative effects of the item. Drink
Icon | Description |
Drink Once used, your character will receive 10% bonus to the movement speed, giving you an advantage over the enemy, allowing you to chase or run away faster. What is more, Drink decreases the recoil by 10%, increasing the efficiency of all of your firearms.

Antirad

Antirad Your character restores up to 25 points of health that were lost to radiation. What is more, the character's radiation defense will be increased by 40% for the duration of the consumable. Antirad is an extremely useful item, especially in the end-game, when the players must stay in the heavily radiated zone.

Vodka

Vodka Your character restores up to 50 points of health that were lost to radiation. Additionally, your character receives 20% increased defense against radiation. However, using it results in a 25% penalty to the stability. If you are forced to use Vodka, it is generally a better idea to hide during the negative effects of the item.
