Additional armor is extremely important in Fear the Wolves, as it increases the durability of your character. Even the most basic armor and helmet can have a huge impact on the outcome of a duel with the enemy player. The armor in Feat the Wolves was divided into different levels, depending on the quality. Those are:

  1. Level I - the worst type of armor. The armor gives minimal protection against direct damage and radiation.
  2. Level II - better type of armor. The armor gives moderate protection against direct damage and radiation.
  3. Level III - the best possible protection. The armor gives maximum protection against direct damage and radiation.

At the beginning of the match you will, in most cases, find only the armors from the worst tier. The better ones can be found near military buildings. The armor can also be divided based on the type.

The best armor sets

During selection of armor, it is not worth to focus solely on protection against direct damage or radiation. If possible, you should try to find a golden mean, providing you protection against both of those and allowing you to survive longer than your opponents. Below is a list of armors that you should pay attention to.
