Get out from the balloon house. Rufus wants to pack Toni's glasses, so click on the pyramid of glasses. You need a bubble wrap, so come back to balloon and take the bubble wrap lying near the stove. Get out, someone will park his car and hit the pyramid, so all the glasses are now broken.

Go near the car and talk with the guy about everything. Rufus will be told that Professor McChronicle has got an ability to turn back time.
