To unlock issues of magazine 'Hats' you need to find hats which are cleverly hidden in different places. Unfortunately, you can't look by them by using space option to see interactive hot spots.

 | Hats' 05/92 Magic Top Hats - for finding magic top hat in the cocktail bar in Elysium, behind the plant pot on the right (third chapter) |
 | Hats' 06/05 Cop Hats - for finding a cop hat in the Council of Elders room in Elysium, between leafs of the plant which is hanging on the wall between windows near palm's leaf (third chapter) |
 | Hats' 07/29 Executioners' Masks - for finding an executioner's mask in the quarry below the bridge, on the bottom left side of the screen (fourth chapter) |
