Rufus, Goal and Mac will come to the university where McChronicle and his father work. Being in the lecture hall, open the cage with platypus which is on the left side of the desk. Take a platypus basket (under the desk) and use it on the platypus.

Put the platypus into the running wheel (use the basket with platypus on the running wheel). A pink anomaly will appear.

Get outside. Go to the front of the building by using the arrow on the left. Read the notes on the notice board, Rufus will take a note about lunch. Come back to the lecture hall (the arrow in the middle of the screen). Show the note to any of the students, you will get a fresh sandwich. Put the sandwich into the anomaly, it turns into an old sandwich.

Go to the tower on the right. Look at the scaffold, you will get the achievement Scaffold Expert. Put the old sandwich into the platypus basket (in the inventory). Use the basket on the albino platypus or put the basket on the scaffold. Take the basket with albino platypus. Return to the lecture hall (arrow).

Use the basket with albino platypus on the experimental setup. The anomaly will become larger. Take an umbrella. Use it on the platypus which is in the running wheel to make the anomaly small again.
