Reaching the note

The day after completing Memento from the Past quest, Tarakan will contact you and ask for a meeting. To meet with a man, you have to go to the Prypiat port. Head to the location shown on the map [1].

The area around this point is guarded by the NAR soldiers. To get to your destination, you need to use tall plants. Be especially careful of the guard patrolling the entrance. At the very end of the corridor, there is a card that you have to pick up.

Meeting with Tarakan

Next, you will need to go to the building in the location shown below [2]:

Tarakan is on one of its floors. Talk to him. Finally, you will have to make a choice:

1. burn the documents - it'll improve your relationship with Sashko.
2. examine the documents - it'll give you a clue to the Conspiracy investigation but it'll arm the traps
