Mikhail will talk to you during one of the mornings. He'll tell you that his friend got into trouble with NAR and now he needs help. This man is in the Pripyat Port.

When you get there, head to the building shown in the picture below. Depending on how much the NAR's attention you have attracted, you may encounter a military squad around the building. If you run into them, you'll have to sneak through.

There's an injured man at the entrance to the building. Talk to him and get him some medical supplies. In return, he will tell you interesting information about Tatiana and give you the place where he hid his notes.

Your next goal is to go to the place indicated by the Hermit. The path to the objective should not be problematic. The situation will get worse the moment you go inside. Inside, you will be attacked by the Black Stalker. It is best to use a machine gun. You will be able to deal damage quickly enough to prevent the opponent from attacking you. However, if you do not have this type of weapon, we recommend hiding behind any cover.

Once you defeat him, he will leave behind a pass - another clue in the Black Stalker investigation. Pick it up and head to the top of the building. There you will find the Hermit's notes - they are clues in the Web of Lies investigation.
