As you go after Frank, there'll be a point where you can go left, past the rocks, or right. Go right and you'll find the Nugget in no time.

Nugget of Truth #4

On the logs

Right after the dynamite battle, you'll be crossing a bridge. When you do, the Nugget will be waiting for you on the right, on top of some logs.

Nugget of Truth #5

Jim's cave

The last one lies in Jim Reed's cave, where some twenty or so gunmen jump you and you need to take cover behind barrels. The secret is on top one of them.
