The first Nugget of Truth

The first secret can't be missed. As soon as you take down the first bunch of enemies on the farm, approach the wagon blocking the passage and turn left. Crouch under the fence and collect the first Nugget.

Nugget of Truth #2

The open room upstairs

The second secret is inside the house Billy the Kid is hiding in. Enter through the back door and go upstairs. You'll find what you're looking for in the open room on the upper floor.

Nugget of Truth #3

The scarecrow has the secret

The last secret in this episode is located near the stable you go to after the shootout in the house. When you near it, turn left and approach the scarecrow. The Nugget of Truth, in the form of a hat, is hanging right on it.
