Player's Profile, Battlerites and Quests | Basics Battlerite Guide
Last update: 25 January 2017
This chapter gives details on player's profile, daily quests and the eponymous Battlerites.
Player's profile
- Player's avatar.
- Position in the ranks (the highest level is 15) - winning a game gives you points that add toward your ranks level. Note, however, that lost games take points away from the poll, and it is possible to get demoted. Your progression level is first displayed when you reach rank 5 - prior to that you are in a so-called positioning phase.
- Player's statistics - here you can review all your Heroes' levels and check the win/lose ratio.
- Your most frequently played Heroes.
- This panel contains tabs, where you can find information on specific Heroes, change your titles or set the avatar.
Daily Quests
Battlerite players can complete so-called Daily Quests, which give you boxes with extra content. There are different kinds of them, e.g. play a given game mode several times, play as a specific Hero or only by Heroes coming from the same region. Quests are reset every 24 hours, so if you did all of them, wait until new ones appear. Note that you only get access to Daily Quests after completing quests for beginners, which are set by developers. There is currently no option to shuffle quests if you don't like them (like it is in popular card games), which has a bright side, because it forces players to get acquainted with different Heroes instead of limiting themselves to their favorite ones. The skill earned by playing as different Heroes brings dividends in later battles.
Battlerites
Battlerites can be described as Battle Talents, which every Hero gets before each round. Before eah of up to 5 rounds every player can choose 1 extra Battle Talent in order to buff their Hero. Battlerites add unique effects to selected skills. For example, a well-chosen talent can cause Shifu's spear (Shifu is the Hero in the picture above) stun an opponent for 0.5 second. A proper choice of Battlerites is one of the keys to success. When using the talents you should also take the composition of your team under consideration, since some skills may prove completely useless or even harmful to your teammates!
