After the return to his cave, Bruce breaks into the security system of the theatre where the debate will take place. As it turns out, the thug's phone also contains the theatre plans.
Alfred informs you that Gordon has tripled the security. He also refers to your meeting with Mayor Hill.

As it quickly turns out, the camera feed doesn't change one bit, so it most probably means that somebody broke into the cameras, and implemented a mock feed.
Bruce decides to visit the theatre himself.
6.1 Phoning Harvey
While driving the Batmobile, Bruce decides to contact Dent, to make sure that everything is all right.
Dialogue Options:

Regardless of the chosen answer, Harvey won't be willing to leave the debate, and he'll ignore your warnings. Finally, he will say that until the Waynes' investigation is not concluded, Harvey and Bruce shouldn't' be seen in public.

I don't care. | Harvey will remember that. |
I understand. | Harvey will remember that. |

Harvey will remember your reaction, but he will blatantly ask if his campaign can still count on your financing.
Dialogue Options:

Any chosen answer will be treated as evasive, and Harvey will ask for your final decision.
[IMPORTANT CHOICE]

If you agree to finance him, he will be happy, and assures you that you will have a meeting as quickly as the investigation will conclude.
Your refusal will enrage him. He demands an explanation.

Regardless of your answer, he'll still be angry. Finally, he'll end the conversation, saying that he has to prepare for the debate.
6.2 Before the Debate
After the conversation with Harvey you reach the theatre. Gordon is on the roof and oversees the work of his subordinates.
Note: If you've visited Mayor Hill as Batman, Gordon won't be very friendly to you.
Gordon suggests that city sees hope in you.
Dialogue Options:

I doubt it. | Gordon will remember that. |

Selina will appear on the roof sometime after your arrival. Gordon won't be very happy to see her, as she was the one to break into the City Hall.

Regardless of the chosen option, Gordon will be satisfied with your answer. Selina will explain that she wants to pay the debt created when you saved her in the bar.
Dialogue Option:
You don't owe me. | Selina will remember that. |
This is no bar fight. | Selina will remember that. |
There's hope for you yet. | Selina will remember that. |

It turns out that none of Gordon's subordinates answer his calls. You enter the action along with Selina.
6.3 Debate
It appears that the theatre is taken over by Cobblepot's men, while the police officers are dead. With Selina's help, you eliminate guards posted at the exit. The woman notices the dead officers.

This is going to be messy. | Selina will remember that. |

While proceeding to the backstage, you've noticed that the journalists have been taken hostage. With Selina's help you perform a simulation on how you deal with each guard.
[Action] You perform the previously researched simulation in the correct order. [End of Action]
The journalists escape from the building, while you see a masked man on the one of the screens, who seems to be the leader of the criminal group that is behind Cobblepot.
Dialogue Options:
Friend of yours? |

Things are getting worse. |

Then, you notice that Cobblepot forces Vicki Vale to apply toxin to both candidates.
[Action] Using your gadgets and the ventilation shaft, you reach a location above the scene [End of Action]
You watch a recording that incriminates Thomas Wayne. Moments after that, the police enters the mix. A shootout ensues, while Batman jumps onto the scene.
Cobblepot doesn't seem to be surprised by your presence.
Dialogue Options:
I'm not here to join. |

It's over, Penguin. |

[Action] You defend Vicki and stun Cobblepot for a while. However, the dreaded mutant appears once again, and you need to deal with him once and for all. Similarly to the previous encounter, you need to complete all actions shown on the screen or you'll die. [End of Action]
When you deal with the mutant, it turns out that both Selina and Harvey are in danger. You need to decide who you are going to rescue.

Depending on your decision, one of the characters will get out of this mess alive. Cobblepot escapes, while you see an appropriate ending, which will serve as an introduction to the next episode.
