5.1 Visit Mayor Hill as Bruce

Hill's secretary will stop you before entering his office.

Dialogue Options:

Don't worry about it.

Won't you help me out.

Regardless of your answer, she will allow you to enter Hill's office, who won't be happy to see you.

Dialogue Options:

I come as a friend.

I'm no fan of yours.

I'm here for answers.

Regardless of your answer, the Mayor will lie that he only has a positive outlook towards you, and he can make a deal. As a response, Bruce shows him a recording in which Mayor Hill gives Cobblepot information about Waynes. It visibly changes his attitude, and he asks about what you want.

Dialogue Options:

We should work together.

You're playing with fire.

Why attack me?

Irrespective of your answer, the mayor says that he is not safe. He suggests that Cobblepot knows who is behind the downfall of Bruce's family.

Dialogue Options:

Let me deal with him.

He's dangerous.

He has a right to be angry.

...

In the further part of the conversation, the mayor says that Cobblepot cannot be stopped. He suggests that if you betray Dent, he can find a way out of this mess.

Dialogue Options:

Not a chance.

He will remember that.

I could do that.

He will remember that.

The scenarios resulting from the either choice can be found below.

5.11 Refuse

If you refuse, Mayor Hill will visibly imply that there is nothing more for you in the city hall. Additionally, he'll call security, and say that you don't have any chance against him.

Dialogue Options:

I'd never stoop so low.

He will remember that.

You can't hide from this.

He will remember that.

I can crush you.

He will remember that.

Finally, he threatens that he will destroy you and Harvey.

Dialogue Options:

You're going to lose.

Don't trust Penguin.

Stay away from the debate.

5.12 Accept the Deal

If you decide to agree to the deal, Mayor's attitude will instantly improve. He will tell you about how the Cobblepot areas had been taken over.

Dialogue Options:

My father endorsed this?

Why does Penguin care?

You did what?!

...

Finally, he will ask you to let him get prepared for the evening debate.

Dialogue Options:

Good luck tonight.

Don't trust Penguin.

Stay away from the debate.

5.2 As Batman

Terrified Hill will assure Batman that he has nothing to do with Cobblepot.

After listening to the recording, Hill suggests that you should take a look on Waynes if you want to bring peace to Gotham.

Dialogue Options:

What proof do you have?

Bruce Wayne is innocent.

Is that what you told Penguin?

Finally, you'll move to the balcony. Terrified and cornered, Mayor Hill asks you to spare him.

Dialogue Options:

Regardless of your answer, Mayor will reveal the way in which Thomas Wayne took over private possessions, including Cobblepot's parents wealth.

Dialogue Options:

That's impossible.

Do you have proof?

Thomas Wayne wouldn't do that.

After a moment, he also informs you that Cobblepot has a powerful criminal group behind him. By joining forces, they want to get revenge on those who have destroyed their families and estates.

Dialogue Options:

Not on my watch.

Tell it to the police.

They'll come for you too.
