Option 2 - Side with Jilvie:

Jilvie is standing near the portal #1 (M12B, 15). Ask her for help and she will open the gate for you #2 (M12B, 20). She will order you to go to Snaf so go down to the canals.

It is good to open some chests located here and then move to the door to the next part of this area #1. Turn right and soon you should find yourself on the ground #2 (M12B, 21). Watch out for some undeads.

Go north-east and eliminate other undead. Soon you will be in the wealthy district #1 (M12B, 22). Fight with all enemies and try to eliminate all mages first. Go west #2.

Snaf is hiding in one house in the city #1 (M12B, 23). Get inside, go upstairs #2 and speak with him. You will learn that he won't help you until you won't kill all undeads

Exit the house and eliminate them #1 (M12B, 24). Creature will be visible on your map so you don't have to search them. After the job return to Snaf and speak with him. He will lead you outside #2.

Cross the bridge leading to the fortress (M12B, 25) and eliminate other undeads #1. After the battle speak with Snaf, who will be standing on the bridge #2.

Now, you can enter the fortress #1 (M12B, 26). Zyra will be standing near the entrance #2 (M12B, 27). Get closer and you will see a cut scene (Daka quest will be completed now) #2.
