Harvey is a hippie - you can see that at first glance. Harvey also runs a company that offers photography services.

Where to find him?

You will meet Harvey on his island - Harv's Island. You can get there via Dodo Airlines.

What can he do?

If you like to take funny pictures in games, Harvey will be your best friend in Animal Crossing. On his island, you can create whatever scenery you want and then take as many photos as you like. However, if this isn't for you, you will probably visit Harvey only once. Probably out of curiosity.
