During the evening, choose what you want to do with your family. Then, you'll move to the Paris map. You can now encounter enemy spies who can be taken care of using your pawns. Moreover, you'll take part in first intrigue.
Intrigue is a series of actions that are aimed at a certain person. Your first target is Jean-Marie Roland. Your first step is negotiating with one of the witnesses. The negotiations work the same as talking to the crowd before an execution. You can always use your influence to end the negotiations with a success.
Once the negotiations are done, you can undertake another action against Roland.
