The chapter below of the guide for We. The Revolution contains a walkthrough for the fourth day of the first act. You'll lead a case of Claude Pochard, a vicar who is accused of treason.
In the beginning, Mathieu Burel will visit you and ask for your signature on a document that allows the guards to use firearms during riots. If you disagree, in the evening the protesters will attack the guards and Mathieu will die, as he didn't had a weapon to defend himself from the attacks.
