In chapter Against Everything, you'll get to the low fault. Jump down and shoot down enemies standing on the left [1]. A bit further there is a crossroads. The path to right leads to first skull probe [2].

After finding Leandros [1] and defeating attacking orcs, move forward. Just before the entry to the bunker system, there is second skull probe [2].

Medical Journal 1/5

After leaving bunker with lieutenant, you'll be attacked by orcs - they came out from underground vehicle [1]. Defeat all of them and go to the bunker on the right. Inside it you'll find skull probe [2].

Lieutenant's Mira Journal 1/5

After collecting Hunter Bolter and eliminating orcs with it, you'll reach corridor under the ruins. In some moment orc start throwing grenades to you [1]. Kill him and turn left. Near to the ammo box, you'll find next skull probe [2].

Guardsman Journal 2/5

After collecting previous skull probe, move forward until you find next enemies [1]. Kill charging orcs and goblins, and then go inside the bunker on the left [2]. There you'll find an item you are looking for.
