Temperature and ventilation in Ultimate Custom Night Ultimate Custom Night Guide, Walkthrough

Last update: 18 July 2018

In Ultimate Custom Night, it's very important to control the qualities of the environment such as temperature and the content of oxygen in the air. If you neglect them, you won't be able to survive the night.

The temperature has a great impact on the activity of the animatronics. Many of the creatures are sensitive to heat. The higher the temperature, the quicker they move. This type of animatronics includes, among others, Freddy Fazbear and Phantom Freddy. Additionally, Jack-O-Chica appears only when the temperature rises too abruptly, and Orville Elephant can only be stopped once you turn the heating on. Two elements are used to controlling the temperature. The first one is the fan that stands on the desk. It allows you to maintain a steady temperature of 60o. However, it uses electricity, so it's not possible to keep it on all night. The only exception is when the additional generator is working. If you're not using any noise-sensitive animatronics, you can afford to do this.

In order to raise the temperature, use the heating. Use it only when Orville Elephant appears. You can turn it on via the monitor. The temperature will rise quickly, so be ready - particularly when you have animatronics that are sensitive to heat. Turn it on only for a period of time, in order to confuse Orville Elephant.

When the level of oxygen starts dropping, you will get a proper warning. - Temperature and ventilation in Ultimate Custom Night - Game Mechanics - Ultimate Custom Night Game Guide
When the level of oxygen starts dropping, you will get a proper warning.

An incredibly important element is controlling the ventilation. There are two main reasons for that: The first one is the vent shafts plan. There you can see the animatronics that are currently moving around the shafts, which allows you to react accordingly. The ventilation system is also instrumental in controlling the level of oxygen. From time to time, you will have to enter the monitor to reset the ventilation.
