Interface in This is the Police 2 This is the Police 2 Guide and Walkthrough
Last update: 30 July 2018
Your knowledge of the interface plays an important role in This Is The Police 2. It will allow you to have control over the situation in Sharpwood. Below you can find the information on the elements of the interface.
Number | What does it mean? |
The date and the hour inform you about your progress. The hour allows you to determine whether you will get a new call during that day or not. You won't get any new cases when the hour turns red (the time will stop, too). You can finish all your current calls during this period. After that the police officers will have to return to the police station.
Calls inform you about the cases that have to be solved by your officers. If you have an intervention, the game will show a time counter. It informs you about the time left for you to respond to that call. Besides numbers, the game also uses colors. A yellow call means that you have more than 20 seconds to respond. Orange indicates that you have between 10 and 20 seconds left. Red informs you that you have less than 10 seconds left. Investigations (marked in purple) or tactical missions (marked in grey) don't have a timer. You simply have to complete them before the end of your current shift.
Cases tab contains important information on your police officers and current cases.
Messages have reports on current cases and on calls that have turned up to be a false alarm. You can't end your shift without reading them all.
