Every Sim in The Sims Mobile has a maximum of 30 energy points. These points are needed to perform actions during events. They are renewed on their own - 1 energy point every 2 two real minutes.

The Bathtub can only be purchased with Simcash.

You can help your Sims in gaining energy. When you click on the energy bar, you will see a list of things you can do. Each of them can be used at specified time intervals.

1. Bed - available every 23 hours, grants 10 energy points,
2. Toilet - available every 2 hours, grants 2 energy points,
3. Shower - it is possible to use it every 5 hours, it grants 5 energy points,
4. Bathtub - available only from the 17th experienced level. It grants 15 energy points and is available every 10 hours.

Upgrades

Alongside gaining consecutive experience levels, you will also unlock new items. Some of them are not just for decoration. Some can make a given item grant you even more energy points. This is how the Stancke lamp works. It makes the bed recover not 10, but 12 energy points. The effects of such upgrades add up. The bathroom towel, toilet paper, and other upgrades also work this way.

Cupcakes & Party Cake

The Sims Mobile has two special items named Cupcakes and Party Cake. They fully replenish the energy level of your Sim upon consumption. You can buy a Cupcake for a price of 15 Simcash. You will gain a Party Cake when you organize a party and reach party level 4. You can also obtain Cupcakes by completing daily tasks or special events. They are cost-effective when you need to quickly finish some events.

Leveling

If you level up in The Sims Mobile, all of your sims will receive the maximum amount of energy points. Unfortunately, it often happens that you will level up when you enter the game after a few hours in order to confirm an event. This way, you will lose the extra energy points. This is, however, a very worthwhile feature when you level up immediately after completing an event, in which you have lost all of your energy. Due to you reaching another level, your sims will now have the ability to participate in more events.
