How to quickly develop stories in The Sims Mobile? The Sims Mobile Guide & Walkthrough
Last update: 28 March 2018
In The Sims Mobile, the gameplay is based on stories. These consist of 10 levels, and in order to be able to achieve these levels, you must take part in events. These, on the other hand, are usually divided into three types - short, medium and long. Depending on the length of the event, you will get different rewards.
More short events
Although at first glance it seems more profitable to send a sim to take part in the longer events, this is all but the truth. The longest events can indeed yield a lot of points, but they last about 7/8 hours. The shortest take approx. one hour.
It is not difficult to calculate that in 7 hours you will receive more points from 7 short events. Let us take a look at the culinary career path. The long shift will reward you with 270 simoleons and 180 career points. The short version yields 112 simoleons and 75 career points. If you take 7 short shifts instead of a single long shift, you will earn 784 simoleons and 525 career points in the same amount of time.
Long events only if you are not playing much
Since the longer events last for a few good hours, it is worth turning them on when you are certain that you will not be playing during that time, e.g. at night. If you start the event at midnight, you can collect the rewards at about 7 am. Thanks to this, your sim will be busy all of the time. If you would have turned on a short event instead, it would end at around 1 am.
Interactions at parties
At parties, you can interact with various objects and people. Such activities can give you a lot of points. If there is equipment for work or hobbies at the location of the event, you can earn up to 5 points for one task. These interactions, however, have a long cooldown period - about 2 hours.
