When at the spot, march straight into the communications building (two sets of doors and a poster of "The Voice" between them) - here, it will turn out that Richard cannot move any further because of the camera. You have to neutralize it, somehow.
To do this, move to the left side of the hall (right at the windows so that you are out of the camera's sight) look at the wall near the camera. A distributor box hanging there - hack it (a standard minigame triggers, which features two intersecting balls, that have to be aligned). Then, turn the camera to the right so that it has a trash can, which is standing in the corner of the room in sight (confirm it's perspective using the RMB).
Enter the communication port hall. Go along the right side, go down to the lower level, turn around and look at the wall to the left of the descent.
There's another distributor/fuse box here - it controls camera number 2. Of course, hack it and turn the camera as far as you can to the left so that it sees the light pink holographic object. (If you want to be sure whether you are at the right fuse box, you can check it's number after hacking it; when looking through the camera's "eye" you can see it in the upper right corner of the screen.
Now, you can freely go toward the fuse box controlling camera number 3, which is located (the box) on the wall on the opposite side (to the right from the descent). Turn the camera left so that it sees the C.Cekret poster.
Go up the descent, and then take another one leading up through the main hall.
Go straight on, past (on your right) the light pink landing with an emblem of a motorcycle and notice that there's another fuse box on the right (near the shut roller door). Hack it and turn it to the left as far as you can focusing the camera in a way that it can see the train at the station.
Go toward that train, you should pass a few rows of white coffee tables on your right. There's another box hanging on the wall behind them. Hack it and turn camera number 5 to the left so that it can "see" light pink and aquamarine back of the motorbike stand.
Simultaneously, the first path on the left will be free of the camera's gaze. Now, you can safely take that path and move toward the exit of the hall to board the train.
