After Lydia's conversation with doctor Stykes (the All Ties Cut achievement), take a look around. Focus your attention on three notices. One of them is sticking on the second counter on the left (from Lucy). It says that a substance called Gamma-farmide mixed with potassium hydroxide induces an instant loss of conscience, while the other farmides stimulate the limbic system. The note stuck on the large cupboard on the right implies that no hydroxides should ever be mixed with ethanol. The third note - on the ridge in the right corner and in front of the elevator - you learn that none of the neuro-farmides should ever be mixed with alcohol.
The girl has to somehow incapacitate Stykes. It is theoretically possible to kill him with an injection (the syringe on the counter to the right), which the doctor implied she should use, however, Lydia decides that she just wants to put him to sleep.
Go to the counter on the left (in front of your position) on which there are various chemical substances. You need to mix three of them to create an incapacitating mixture. According to what the girl read in the notes, the ingredients should be Gamma Farmide and potassium hydroxide, as for the third substance, it has to be tetrazepam (no alcohols, including ethanol, can be mixed in). If you manage to get the potion right on your first attempt, you will receive a hidden achievement: Science Rules!).
When the syringe with the sleep drug is in Lydia's equipment, you can approach doctor Stykes (who is facing the other way) and inject him with the drug you made. Once he falls asleep, search his personal belongings to get his pass card.
Before you proceeding further, you can check the devices (operating with cloud storage technology) placed on the counters to read messages sent by Styke's employees.
Then head to the elevator (to the right - from the railing at which Stykes lies asleep). Call the elevator and get to the other side. Cross the bridge - on your way you can take a look at the bioavatars locked in special tanks, including the 300 series of women, Lydia herself included...
You will soon arrive at a glass room, there should be four bioavatars in the center. You can use the console next to a man called George to listen to a message recorded by someone and meant for Valerie. As usual, you can also check the divided (cloudhub) on the counters around the room to read messages sent by the lab's employees. Finally, use the second exit (right next to a bioavatar called Wendy) and continue to the right. Finally, open the door. Lydia goes inside another lab.
