After a short conversation with John, Richard will call Adam. Talk to him. Approach the holo pinboard to find an entry about the second data fragment and the accident (one should also go through the previous entries as their contents will change).

Go to John's room. The boy can't sleep, so try to help him and talk to him for a while. Unfortunately, it won't help (hidden achievement Knows No Lullaby). On your way out, talk to the nanny by the door. Ask her about the accident and request to address Adam by his name (hidden achievement Robot Family).

There is an afternoon note from Amy on the wall, between the kitchen and the living room (on the right of the food assembler). Read it. Another note (evening note) can be found in the bedroom - opposite the bed. If you want, you can call your wife and ask her about the accident (although she is very busy, you can interrupt her several times before she has nothing else to say).

Finally, call Richard and ask him about the accident as well. Head to the bedroom and go to sleep.
