Call to Jennifer and then to your wife's parents. Herman informs you that Tracy and John aren't with them. Call to MediCentral - you learn that Richard's relatives aren't in any of the hospitals.

Speak to Simon - he informs you that a man was here before. Richard asks the robot to handle over his memory module.

You need a wrench - the item is on the table in the living room. Use it on Simon to remove memory module.
