The doctor, Timothy Keller, asks Richard to focus his sight on the object - keep moving your sight to the right until the rotating light orange object gets in the center of the screen. Stay like this for a while to make the screen clearly visible. After that, you have to move your sight to the left - keep doing that until you see the same object.

The doctor will ask you a few questions. The correct answers are: "January 11th, 2048"; "blue, white, bronze"; "car accident". Don't worry if you made a mistake, the doctor will ask Richard to try again.

To continue the test, you have to move towards the table (the one in front of you). Follow the doctor's orders - take the cube on the left side of the table. Open the inventory (the I key), click on the "cube" written in the upper right part of the screen, and then choose the yellow color. Leave the inventory screen (the Q key). Go to the right side of the table and place the cube on the marked spot.

Follow the doctor to the next stall (in front of you). Richard now has to recognize holograms of people (and objects) that he is familiar with. These holograms are: James (his son), Tracy (his wife) and the building where the man works at. Leave the stall, turn left, go between other stalls and head towards the door to meet with a medical robot.
