You can also begin your playthrough with Island - the second mission. Most of the roads are dry and without mud. You can easily access the second garage by utilizing the asphalt road located between two hills. Unfortunately, the road is blocked for vehicles with log transports. Strong river currents can prove to be challenging for some of the vehicles. Smaller vehicles are especially vulnerable and can flip easily. Begin each crossing by attaching the rope to one of the trees on the other side of the crossing. You can also travel using beaches that are especially suitable to trucks. Your task is to deliver wood to two lumber mills.
This scenario is characteristic for its low difficulty level, as you can begin the game with three vehicles worth a total of 7 stars. Unlocking the garage on the other side of the map is optional - simply follow the muddy road leading out of the lumber mill and then switch to an asphalt road that will lead you to the garage and a fuel station found nearby. There are vehicles all around the map, some of them found in a small city next to your starting position.
The map sees you supply two lumber mills, one next to your starting position and the other one found in the north-eastern corner of the map. Consider supplying the lumber mill found next to your starting position using the log station found in the south-western corner of the map (Blue route). Unfortunately, the blue route crosses through two rivers that are characteristic for their strong current (red exclamation marks). Make sure to keep an additional truck or a powerful rescue vehicle on standby. The transparent blue fragment of the path shows a variant without both crossings. The alternative path leads through a hill side and two small creeks - watch out for large rocks which can block your vehicle. Once you've made it beyond the second river, continue using the asphalt road to reach the first log station.
The first log station can also supply the second lumber mill. Follow the blue route and continue through the forest. Nonetheless, you'll be facing additional streams and a difficult, muddy road. You may also run out of fuel.
Choosing the second log station and following the northern beach is a much better solution. The orange route suggests bypassing the wide muddy road and driving straight to the western beach. You'll drive past a garage and a fuel station (use the opportunity to refuel your vehicle). Continue down the beach (which holds some nice views) and watch out for larger stones which may damage your vehicle if struck while speeding. You'll still need to get past a river (red exclamation mark), but powerful trucks should cross the stream without much ado. The final part of the route sees you get past a mix of a sandy and muddy road.
