9 – Church: after The Touch of Faitch quest - go to the priest's offie and read the diary behind the desk. Using password frrom inside, open the stash doors: Yaoi Picture, Amulet of Contemplation, Memberer.
10 – Park County Police Station: Karen's doll, Yaoi Picture. Behind mans' toilet: Yolanda Dress/Wig.
11 – City Hall: Yaoi Picture 2x: first one inside, on the left wall; the second is outside, on a notice board. Compendium of Chests (artifact).
12 – Town Square: Girding Chains Recipe - artifact - (in yellow backpack), Oiled hair (costume) behind the right stairs to rostrum.

Here, you can find most of the main buildings in the game that you visit during the story quests such as the Primary School or the Police Station. In order to reach the north-west part, you must use the road near the Police Station.
