Sherlock will receive an address and he want to check it. You will be automatically moved to the Dorset Street. When you will be there try to find a crying man. Speak with him and you will find that something terrible has just happened. Holmes will decide to investigate this. Go into the yard and enter the door on the left. The view will be awful. Holmes will decide to return to the Baker Street. He will ask for some clay and wine.
At home Holmes will try to match all organs to the visible holes in clay figure. Click on the table to zoom. Now take a tweezers:
right kidney (right of the head) - put it in the left (from the players point of view) part of stomach;
right breast (left of the head) - put it in the left (from the players point of view) hole in the torso;
uterus (left of the right arm) - put it in the lower section of the stomach;
left kidney (right of the head) - put it in the right (from the players point of view) part of the stomach;
spleen (near the left leg) - put it in the center of the stomach;
liver (between legs) - put it in the upper part of the stomach;
stomach (near the right knee) - put it in the center of the stomach;
left breast (near the right foot) - put it in the right (from the players point of view) hole in the torso.
Each organ will turn green when it will be on the proper place. You will find that there is no heart. Click the appropriate box and cancel the zoom. Now, Holmes will decide to visit the shoemaker (use map).
First, you will have to talk with Hardiman. According to him, Jews don't like the blood so any of them can be a murder from the Whitechapel. After finishing the conversation go to the shoemaker. Holmes will force him to tell the real name of the Aldgate butcher (Joseph Hyam Levy), the one who saw the murderer.
