Ten Armed Ambrose � Chrome Alley - here you can obtain Cyberware and medical supplies.
Club 88 � Callum Ka Fai - he sells any sort of drugs.
Ermine Ka Fai - he sells guns, armors and granades.
Maximum Law � You can buy here all Decker stuff: programs, outfits and Cyberdecks.
Reliable Matthew � Here you can buy drones and repair kits for them.
Crafty Xu � Parlor of Five Phases. You can buy here some spells and fetishes.
Spider Shen � Melee weapons and outfits. Also special Qi Casting abilities for melee wariors.
After completing the prologue (second mission in Walled City) Heoi becomes your main base of operations. Here you will find your hideout from which you will start all the missions. You can also talk with your companions here, buy new equipment and upgrade the one already possessed. From time to time you can also meet NPCs with whom you can talk. The map above shows the most important characters, places and merchants in this territory.
