Location: Casino Parking Lot.
To reach this secret you need to jump across thoughts and reach the decorative lights on the roof. You'll can get there without any problems.
2 Nuggets of Wisdom
Location: Records.
To reach this Nugget of Wisdom you need to get to the end of the corridor and turn left. There's a desk over there with a painting hanging behind it. Burn it and enter the hidden room behind the wall.
3 Nuggets of Wisdom
Location: Pharmacy.
This secret can be found only when revisiting the stage. You must first develop a specific skill - Mental Connection, which allows you to move across different kinds of thoughts.
You will find the secret on one of the curved platforms.
4 Nuggets of Wisdom
Location: Cardiology.
This secret can be found only when revisiting the stage. You must first acquire the Projection skill.
The Nugget of Wisdom is located in a small room to the left of the bar.
