You'll find another tag by moving across thoughts. You have to jump onto the octopus chip. It will safely transport you to your destination, you won't need to jump, lunge or even move.

Location: Cardiology.
This baggage rests on the table right next to the Cardiology entrance. You can easily get it without any problems.
