Poppy Playtime: Tapes Chapter 1 - list

On this page, you will find the locations of all the tapes available in chapter 1 of Poppy Playtime. Obtaining them won't unlock any achievement or reward. Some of them are purely optional, and taking them will only reward you with more lore.

• Green tape
• Blue tape
• Yellow tape
• Pink tape
• Gray tape

Green tape

Location: Reception, on the desk next to the computer. You will see it as soon as you start the game.

Right next to it is a VCR that you can use to watch the tape. If you want to hear the story, you have to wait in this room. As soon as you come out of it, the voice will fade away - you will not hear anything.

Blue tape

Location: Security office, on the counter on the left side of the room. It is right next to the keyboard.

Right next to it is a VCR that you can use to watch the tape. After listening to the story, you will be given the blue hand that you need to complete all the puzzles in the game.

Yellow tape

Location: Fuse warehouse. The tape is on one of the shelves on its left side.

You will find the VCR by the stairs. You can easily get to this place from the warehouse, you just have to open the metal sliding door. You can do it with the blue hand.

Pink tape

Location: A room with machines for creating toys. Wall shelf, right next to the pink VCR.

You will find the VCR by the stairs. It's near the tape.

Gray tape

Location: Metal railing, right after escaping the monster. This tape is lying on the path, you only need to look under your feet to find it.

The VCR is right next to the room's exit, to the right of the tape.
