Who Ollie Is in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3
Ollie is a new character in Poppy Playtime world, who was introduced in Chapter 3. It is a mysterious person, who wants to help player, right… RIGHT?
Chapter 3 is a new addition to the episodic horror Poppy Playtime. The fresh part of the story was welcomed warmly by fans. It enriches the mysterious lore and introduces new characters like Miss Delight or Ollie, a mysterious child, and more precisely, his voice. This person helps us during the game, but who is he, really? Let’s talk about it.
Who Ollie is in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3

Ollie helps us in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3, but we don’t know a lot about this character. We can hear only his voice and it is obvious that he knows a lot about the Playcare and our enemies. There are many theories about the identity of this person. The most common and convincing one is that this character is the upcoming antagonist or Prototype even. Let’s point out everything which may confirm this theory:
- He knows too much – despite the young age, Ollie is quite knowledgeable about Playcare and dangerous experiments that live in it. The only way for him to know this is to be an orphan who fled the company. However, it is a slim chance that a child survived the “hour of joy”. And even if he did, he wouldn’t be a child anymore.
- His voice – of course, we can hear a human voice, so he can’t be a Prototype or another dangerous experiment, right? Well… remember that Experiment 1006 can mimic voices. What is more, Ollie has unnatural tone, even when he talks about really grim things.
- Poppy believes him – Poppy is a character who helps us during Chapter 3 and says that she knows Ollie. However, is she really on our side? At the end of Chapter 2, when the player was supposed to use the train, her actions were quite shady (if you don’t know what we mean, we won’t spoil the fun). She explains herself in Chapter 3, but should we believe her?
All above points suggest that we should be at least suspicious regarding Ollie, and don’t believe his words blindly. Let’s be careful and wait for more chapters.
